All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our Leesport, PA studio via USPS Ground. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive excluding weekends and/or national holidays.

All items are available for a pre-scheduled pickup at our Leesport, PA studio. Some specialty and/or oversized items are available for pickup only, these items are noted on the product detail pages.

Pickup dates and times are flexible Monday - Sunday and by appointment only. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary and details. Shortly after you receive your Order Confirmation, a member from our team will reach out via email to schedule your pickup date and time. Please allow 24-48 hours during typical business days with extra time for weekends and/or national holidays.
