Shipping & Order Services

All items are available for a pre-scheduled pickup at our Leesport, PA studio. Some specialty and/or oversized items are available for pickup only, these items are noted on the product detail pages.

Pickup dates and times are flexible Monday - Sunday and by appointment only. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary and details. Shortly after you receive your Order Confirmation, a member from our team will reach out via email to schedule your pickup date and time. Please allow 24-48 hours during typical business days with extra time for weekends and/or national holidays.

NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

Select items are available for shipping anywhere in the U.S. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from our Leesport, PA studio via USPS Ground. Unfortunately, we do not offer express and/or overnight shipping at this time. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive excluding weekends and/or national holidays. Shipping rates are calculated by quantity and weight in your shopping cart.

After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email which will include your order summary and order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to U.S. Territories, overseas military addresses and P.O. Boxes

ORDER PICKUP

Our return policy is valid for 30 days after you receive your order and will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Refunds take 3-5 business days from when we receive your return and do not include shipping costs. Returns can be shipped back to our Leesport, PA studio. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately will not be able offer a refund.

Eligible Returns
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and returned in resellable condition, please pack with care to prevent any damage during shipping. Any return that has been damaged in return transit, altered, or shows any sign of wear may not be eligible for a full refund.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are not available for refunds or returns and are final sale only.

Damages In Transit
In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged in transit, please alert Yerger Studios within 2 business days of receipt so we may promptly begin your refund. Please provide photos of your damaged item and its packaging. Please allow 3-5 business days for your request to be processed.
